The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. cuci888 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and confiscate funds held therein.
4.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document), date of birth, and a valid email address.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cuci888 Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. cuci888 will treat all activity conducted through your Account as having been carried out by you, and you bear full responsibility for all bets, transactions, and actions made through your Account.
4.4 You must notify cuci888 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
4.5 Prior to processing any withdrawal, cuci888 requires Players to complete KYC verification by submitting a clear copy of a valid government-issued identity document (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or equivalent). Additional verification documents may be requested at cuci888's discretion, including proof of address and proof of payment method.
5.1 All transactions on the cuci888 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). cuci888 currently accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong), and USDT TRC20. Accepted payment methods are subject to change and may be updated at any time.
5.2 Deposits are subject to minimum deposit amounts as specified on the deposit page at the time of transaction. cuci888 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless cuci888 determines otherwise at its discretion. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering (AML) checks.

5.5 Funds remaining in a Player's Account for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months without any login activity may be classified as dormant. cuci888 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of RM50 to dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice to the Player's registered email address.
6.1 cuci888 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, promotions, and incentives to Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between general promotional terms and specific offer terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.
6.2 Unless otherwise specified, bonuses credited to a Player's Account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific bonus terms applicable to each offer.
6.3 cuci888 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. Bonuses that are obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or collusive betting practices will be forfeited and the relevant Account may be suspended.
6.4 Players may not participate in more than one account to take advantage of cuci888 bonuses. Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to hedging bets across accounts or with third parties — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in permanent Account suspension.

7.3 cuci888 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence that the bet was placed based on information not generally available to the public at the time of placement, constituting a misuse of privileged information.

8.1 Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct on the cuci888 Platform:

12.3 cuci888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if cuci888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.4 cuci888 is not liable for losses arising from: (a) network or connectivity failures outside cuci888's control; (b) Force Majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or widespread infrastructure failures; (c) the Player's own breach of these Terms & Conditions; or (d) third-party payment system delays or failures.
13.1 cuci888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where cuci888 reasonably believes that the Player has: (a) breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) provided false or misleading information; (c) engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct; (d) failed to comply with KYC verification requirements; or (e) engaged in conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
13.2 Upon permanent Account closure, cuci888 will return the verified net balance (excluding voided winnings) to the Player's last verified payment method, following completion of all required verification and AML checks.
13.3 Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting cuci888 customer support. Voluntary Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to the settlement of any pending bets or transactions.
